| University Recovers Antique Medal |
| In 2002 the University of Illinois at Chicago was presented
with an antique medal, originally awarded to Viola A. Griswold
upon her graduation in 1892. The medal was identified as
the property of the University and was returned to them
promptly afterwards. The medal is currently on display on
the University's main campus. |

| Highschool Ring Returned to Owner |
| In 2002 StealitBack.com recieved a women's 1997 Whittier
High School class ring. A member of the Whittier High School
alumni association recognized the ring and helped get in
contact with its owner. Once contacted, the owner provided
necessary information to confirm rightful ownership, and
the ring was returned. |

| Guitar Returned to Musician in Manhattan |
| In 2003, only a few weeks after joining with NYPD, a
musician exited a Manhattan taxi which promptly sped off,
leaving the musician's guitar in the trunk. The musician
considered the guitar as good as lost, until a friend spotted
it on StealitBack.com. Having contacted StealitBack.com
and given the pertinent information, the guitar was returned
to the musician, as mentioned in the New York Times article
